1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in The Social Factor Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Course Access & Expiry

The Social Factor Academy is a 10-session online course. Upon successful payment/enrollment:

• Content is released on a "Drip Basis" (one session every 7 days).
• You are granted a single-user license for a period of 3 months (90 days) from the date of enrollment.
• After the 3-month window, access to the classroom portal will automatically expire.

3. Intellectual Property

All video content, PDF resources, and course materials are the exclusive property of The Social Factor. You may not record, share, or redistribute any materials without express written consent.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to the learning portal, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the first session has been accessed.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Social Factor provides educational strategies but does not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes. These materials are for educational purposes and do not substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
