Mark Lim is the founder of The Social Factor. He has more than 25 years of experience in the education, youth, and counselling sectors in Singapore.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, a Certificate of Professional Practice in Special Needs, and is a dedicated practitioner specializing in social-emotional intelligence, relationship mentoring, and family communication systems.
Mark works regularly with parents, youth, and corporate teams to re-engineer positive communication pathways and build deep emotional resilience.
Sue Lim is the co-founder of The Social Factor and a passionate advocate for Special Educational Needs (SEN).
She focuses on empowering parents of uniquely gifted children, helping them navigate educational frameworks, construct family support structures, and advocate effectively for their children's social needs.
Her approach emphasizes building empathy, cultivating inclusive school environments, and facilitating parents support groups.
