Caring for the Self
Friday 6 August 8 to 9.30pm
How do we recognise what is burnout and exhaustion?
What is rest?
How can we build a support system?
What are some self care strategies?
This is the second in the series of four mental wellness workshops to help us make sense of what’s going on in the wake of recent tragic events in Singapore.
All workshops are free and you are welcome to sign up for as many workshops as you wish.
