Mental Wellness Symposium Day 2 ( 19 Oct 2023) – Restoring Hope & Building Resilience in the Workplace

The past few years have resulted in increased stress, uncertainty, and a toll on our mental wellbeing. Through these sessions, we hope to build the skills needed to help restore hope and build resilience within ourselves and the community. This symposium is intended for executives, management and human resource professionals. Speakers will discuss self worth and significance, and how to build a trauma-informed culture in the workplace; as well as how understanding generational diversity can improve your mental well-being in the workplace.

You will learn the following:

1) How trauma, stress, burnout & compassion fatigue affect the nervous system;

2) How self worth & significance affect the relationships at home and in the workplace;

3) How generational diversity can impact one’s mental wellness and how to bridge these gaps; and

4) How to build resilience in the home and in the office.

Featuring Andrea Greer, Trauma Responsive Educator, New Zealand.
